A cleaning contractor built by people who were sick of cleaning contractors.
Dapper services commercial buildings across Sydney. We deliberately kept the business focused on one thing, because commercial sites and homes need completely different operations.
What we actually do
We hold cleaning and facilities maintenance contracts for offices, industrial sites, schools, medical practices, aged care homes, strata common property, government buildings, retail tenancies and NDIS facilities across the Sydney metropolitan area.
Every job has different needs, a different size and a different budget, so we do not sell a package. We walk the site, write a scope against what is actually there, and price that. If your building only needs three of our eleven service lines, you buy three.
Why commercial only
Residential and commercial cleaning look similar from the outside and are nothing alike in practice. Commercial work means after hours access, security protocols, site inductions, safe work method statements, compliance documentation, industrial equipment and crews who can be audited.
Trying to do both means doing neither properly. We chose the side where the standard is written down.
